will, I was suppose to blog on Friday but I went out of town for my daughters B-Ball tournament. I did get on the scale before I went and it was 176 (-1) I did have a great week with my work outs. MON-GYM, TUES- MINI @ home circuit, WEDS- circuit ( one I pinned from pinterest) Thursday I was suppose to go to the gym but dad ended back in emerge so I didnt do anything that night . The new session that was suppose to start up this week at the gym has been cancelled until next week so now I have to workout at home each day . On days that I dont want to work out my goal is to do at least ten mins then if I want to do more just keep going emoticon
