One of my goals this month is to exercise everyday; I am training for a HM, so need to increase my running. There are 2 problems I am having with this.....
I went for a long run yesterday and ran out of water. I don't sweat, so need to drink a lot of water during exercise to stay hydrated. I will solve that problem by putting a water bottle in my fanny pack and carrying another one in my hand held water carrier. I will just switch them out when I finish the 1st.
The 2nd problem I haven't found a solution to yet; I am hoping someone here can help me. I hse my iPhone 4 with the GPS to track my mileage and listen to music. I have a mophie external battery pack, and finding an arm band to fit it hasn't been easy. I finally found one, but it has a foam case and my phone overheats and shuts off about mile 3.5. Anyone have something else they use that may be better in the AZ heat - there is no shade where I run, so my phone is constantly exposed to the sun. Thanks much.
