I always need a week to recover from the dang weekend. On Saturday I weighed141.5 which means only .4 to go to reach healthy BMI range. So I ate probably 2300 calories yesterday to celebrate. I won't mention the beer I drank on my anniversary (27 years) Sat night. Probably TMI but I think I may finally be in menopause mode but it's only been two months. I'm kinda blue so my hormones must be bouncing around again. I think they re-adjust every so often as I lose them and it sure makes me kinda sad. I'm not sad to be done menstruating though. That makes me happy. Oh well, that's where I'm at today.
Note to self: It'll be interesting to read this post in about a year.
Lots of workouts planned for this week. Didn't go skiing yesterday cuz it was too cold but walked Bella so that's good. Hoping for a ski outing next Sat.
