It's not as hard as I thought when everything is right in front of me. My estimations had gotten way out of proportion!

Good job! No matter where we are in our journey, it is probably a good idea for all of us to occasionally return to measuring what we eat. Thank you for the reminder!

I checked my portions yesterday after reading your blog, and they were pretty close! Yippee! It's so easy to let them get too big.

It is so easy for our estimates to get out of control if we don't check them occasionally.

    I have a kitchen scale:
- in the kitchen
- in the dinner table
- in my backpack

So I can measure whenever I want! :-)

Way to go with measuring! :-)

When we choose to make something a habit, either good or bad, it soon becomes second nature to us! Good for you!

Have a great day!
