Spring is in the air

My youngest and I watched the swans swimming up the river over the weekend. They will be nesting soon. We change the clocks next weekend for daylight savings time. It seems it is about time for me to get ready too.
I seem to have the C25K workout fitting in to my life pretty well. I'll be starting week 7 tomorrow. At this point, it's all starting with a 5 minute walk, and then jogging for longer and longer periods of time. But I have that 30-ish minute workout fixed into the schedule. Now I really have to focus on the strength training again. I think I will start adding the balance ball in the morning before I go in to work. If I can do that the same days do the C25K training, I think I'll be okay.
It is also time to go through the wardrobe and put away the big sweaters for the season. I need to sort my workout gear too. Some of what I have, probably needs to be gotten rid of.
