What am I doing to encourage myself and how am I staying on track?

I am encouraging myself by focusing on what I have accomplished so far.
I am taking photos and trying on outfits that I couldn't fit before and
yesterday I tried on a skirt that I couldn't wear for over two years.
I'm excited to say I am down three dress sizes emoticon emoticon

I keep pushing on and my family and spark friends have helped me a lot to keep
going. You are all emoticon --
