New Goals

Short term
1. eat S-L-O-W-L-Y to get full on less food
2. stop eating when I am 80% full
3. listen to my hunger signals and only eat when they reach a level 7 on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is not hungry and 10 is climbing the walls desperate to eat.
4. continue to repair and improve my digestion by taking fish oil and eating clean.
5. Eat some lean protein at every refeed (meal).

Long term
1. reconnect my mind body connection for eating right by paying attention to my hunger signals
2. do my workouts on a regular basis
3. follow my sparkcoach program daily
