It's LENT time again....

I have officially given up soda for LENT. I was doing okay before, but noticed I was drinking soda more often than ever and I was Loving every sip of it. I also noticed that it was taking a toll on my weight and energy level. I would have that caffeine crash early, so I started getting lazy.
Well LENT is always a good time to reflect on our bad habits and what we want to change in our lives. So i chose to give up Sodas, and i think by day 3 I was craving them bad. I wanted one soooo bad. I also chose to give up laziness. I'm struggling with that but i will admit i have gotten more done now than ever. so its not so bad.
