This weeks goals!!!

Well its been a nice weekend!! We had the home-show on Friday, Saturday my bf and I watched some episodes of House and relaxed, we were both pretty worn out from all the walking we did Friday, and today we went house hunting, we looked at 10 houses today!!
I also got over an hour on the trampoline in today!!!
For the rest of this week I am planning on trying to get in 2 - 3 extra work outs besides my regular morning workouts. I am doing this as a boost for that girly time of the month because for last week I was retaining water and the scale wasn't moving ( I weigh daily ) But i need to make sure I hit my goal with losing, this coming Sunday is day 17 of my 17 day diet. My foods haven't been perfect that I am so posed to eat on the 17 day diet but my calories are at a decent level and I have work out everyday.
Also for this week I am going to try to spend a couple evening a week reading my self to sleep instead of watching a TV show or a movie.
I have more goals to write but I need to go to bed now its midnight!! So I'll have to finish this tomorrow!!
