I have been doing the food tracking for about 2 weeks now. So far as of last Monday (2/25) I had lost 1.5 lbs. I will weigh myself again tomorrow and see what's new.
I looked at my calorie intake report for the week (weekly avg) and since my first week my average has gone down a little over 100 calories! :D This is good. My fat has gone down too, but so has my protein...I need to fit in some more beans or lean meats. I didn't have much time this week to setup my meal plan so I copied a few good days from last week to do for Monday-Wednesday and I will find time to finish the rest of the week (and maybe do a bit of grocery shopping).
The meal planning is actually extremely helpful so I can go buy groceries once a week and it's never a huge amount because I have most of the staples for the meals. As long as I make meals that will utilize some of the foods I eat the day before or so, then I don't waste anything either.
I didn't do GREAT this weekend because my boyfriend was moving and his father bought everyone donuts. Then today we went out to have pizza because we were busy appliance shopping for him and such. Tomorrow is a new day. I don't have any plans to eat out for any of my meals because I have food I need to use in the fridge or it'll go bad.
