BLC#17 WUB Week 6

End of week 6... and my weight is the same as week 5.. and week 4.. This is beginning to seem like a joke. 239.6... COME ON!! It's like, out of 240, nope, back in, out, in, out... TEASE. Come on, big drop!

I'm getting really frustrated with my weight not dropping in so long. Seriously, it's been about 7 weeks, maybe 8, that I've been hovering around the same few pounds, and as much as I try to tell myself it's just temporary, it will drop, it's getting harder to believe! Is this it?! Is this all my body will let go of?

I think fluid is really my main issue. When I thought about it the other day, I realized I had not been getting in close to what I should be. That will be my focus now, and hopefully I'll start seeing a difference.

    It stinks to plateau, but just keep pushing! Try something different! Different workout, different types of foods, different number of calories!! I'm so proud of you for hanging in there, though!

    Hang in there!

When I was in this spot, I went back to tracking my food, protein, liquid and added a column for calories. I was surprised at my calorie count.

Also I've found that when I walk, the scale moves.

(Altho I keep 'forgetting' that! emoticon )
