I did not get on computer til nearly midnight yesterday so have to put down questions 1 and 2 today (though I only of course count it as blogging for today)
The new habit I want to develop is one of the easiest and yet one of the hardest :
Drink at least 8 cups of water throughout my day.
How will I change this habit :
1. In the morning I will pour myself my usual 2 cup glass of water
2. The night before I will fill a container that holds @ 6 cups of water
3. I will continue filling my glass for the rest of the day from that container until it is all gone!!
At the end of the day I will have consumed at least 8 cups of water
