Tracker Climbing :(

*Sigh* My weight tracker line went up this week. I keep trying to remind myself that weight loss is not even my main goal that improved health is but I stumble sometimes and seeing that tracker line slowly dive gives me reassurance that I am making true progress. I know the increase is only a result of menstrual bloating combined with a necessary slow down due to my wicked menstrual periods (I loose in a single day then the average women loose over their entire period) but it gets me every month worried just a tiny bit that it could be more. All will be well at the end of the week when my tracker starts diving again.

    I have the exact same issue. It sucks but I keep reminding myself, it's not a real gain and all will be restore din a matter of days. emoticon

    It is good that you know yourself. I find it interesting to look back over the chart over time and see those little rises every 4 weeks. So I know when it happens again that it is a temporary thing and that the overall direction is still down and it will take care of itself again the following week.

    water, water, water totally helps my retention. It will start heading back down again shortly! Keep up the great work - you can do this!

    I so feel "your pain." Seeing it dive is definitely a motivator. Keep at it. It will start dropping again.
