'Cause that's where you'll see my calorie intake for today! Last week I did so well (having the flu helped me drop five pounds for the week LOL) Then my hubby made BLT's for lunch, during which I had a complete brain fart and poured myself a huge glass of chocolate milk (it was delicious, but totally not worth the 250 calories!). Next up - can of Coke to get me through a kids' event through the afternoon, another 160 calories... then movie night with the kids with my oil-popped popcorn - 500 calories! Had no idea it was so loaded. Totally doable with the right-sized bowl though. Tonight's was obviously a touch too big LOL Grand total is just over 2000 calories for the day. Which looks like an awful lot to me, but if you take out the chocolate milk and the Coke, neither of which I needed, then I'm at just over 1600 which is a great total to hit for a popcorn day. Good to know for the future I guess. Back to normal fare tomorrow, so here's to a calorie total that is a little more manageable.
