Daily round up and a superfood accounting
Sunday, March 03, 2013
I made my goal of 7 fruits and veggies... a banana and yogurt for breakfast (superfood), salmon,( superfood) tomato, lettuce for lunch, veggie soup and toast for snack ( superfood) lentils puttensca and brocolli for dinner ( superfood lentil, eggplant, squash and tomato)// My calorie range was within limits, and I haven't been a coach potato this evening. My fitness minutes were none existent, but housecleaning should count for something. All in all it was a good day, I wish I had another to finish up laundry. I probably have 5 loads still to do.
Tomorrow, I am making a rhubarb cobler for breakfast. Rhubarb is not listed as a superfood, but I have some in freezer, and new rhubarb will be coming soon and I will want to cook with fresh. I also have a plan to start my seedlings. I am going to try and grow tomato, peppers, and some herbs. I have a table under a window that will work to get them started.
Tomorrow is a start to the first week of March. March is one of my favorite months, it's the end of winter, but not totally hot, and I get to celebrate St. Patrick. My goal is to make my next milestone ( 25 lbs) in March. WooHow!
