A new habit I hope to develop is eating a smaller calorie dinner & having more of my calories during breakfast & lunch. I am hoping to achieve this by preplanning my meals and snacks to keep me from getting too hungry at any point during the day. I have already started preplanning my meals but now I need to focus more on how many calories I plan for each meal as well as preplan some snacks throughout the day so I actually eat them. I am also trying to incorporate more different types of fruits and veggies instead of my regulars - carrots, lettuce, onions, apples, bananas, and grapes, so that my food choices reflect a better rainbow. I am not used to eating different fruit & veggies & am unsure how to incorporate them into my diet. What are some recipes or tricks other sparkers use to incorporate less common freggies on a daily basis?
