Watched a documentary called fathead which reinforced some news I had previously heard about how carbohydrates cause inflammation and heart disease. Now, I'm really not sure that the recommended carb servings here are really appropriate. I had initially thought they were a bit high anyways. Then I read some articles on sparkpeople about heart health and they seem to still be teaching the old fashioned idea that fat is what gives you heart problems. On a positive note I did almost 3 hours at the gym this am!
