As part of the Living the Good Life points for the 5% Challenge this week we're challenged to blog each day for the whole week on creating a healthy new habit.
The blog will answer one question each day.
My habit: Walk my dog most days of the week.
Day 2) How will you do that?
I will make sure to take the dog for a walk after lunch. I will use lunch as a reminder to get out and enjoy some sunshine.
