need some motivation

lacking motivation right now. I am dealing with pain and just not feeling like working out. I think I may need a foot up the butt to help me get motivated.

  I just read a very helpful book. Try "The Power of One". Choose just one thing to do each day and do it. Just exercise for 10 minutes. Tomorrow choose one thing. It can be the same thing. Just make sure it gets you closer to your goal.

    You have this Jenny! You have come so far! Look at all that you have accomplished. Remember how difficult it was to do things a month, week or even a day ago. Those are the improvements you focus on to keep pushing. I know you can do this!! We all have our down moments. Just regroup and refocus your energy. Try some relaxing yoga or some energizing music to get motivated.

    Defeat is saying, "You can't, you shouldn't, you won't". Are you going to stand for that!!!! Stand up and say loudly, "I can, I will, and I am going to do something about it right now.
Then do something....you can..... My precious friend, please don't give up, for the goals can never be met.
I just heard Joyce Meyer say when David was facing Goliath he ran quickly to attack Him, but if he had stood still long enough without any action, he may have run the opposite way.
Read this carefully, "Philippians 4:13 I CAN DO ALL THINGS through CHRIST which STRENGTHENTHS ME". He gives us the strength not to live in defeat. YOU can do this. Go for it, now. Sending a prayer your way now for encouragment. God Bless

no one can do for you what you are not willing to do for yourself. We love you as we love all of SP, we are walking the same paths you are, and we could tell you many pretty words on how you feel and what you are neglecting, but the honest truth is that you need to read twice or three times what you wrote and then bring out your sunny side up, get up and continue on your health quest.
