3 days into the month and now I'm just getting to my March goals.
This month is just to keep it simple
!. As stated in my previous post eating meals at the table. This is a top one for so many reason it can make or break my journey to healthier me.
2. Reduce my carbonate caffeine drinks I have daily yesterday I only did 2 and today Normally I would have had 5 or 6 coke zero's
3. Continue working on my cardio conditioning As of today my pace on treadmill was 13 minute mile. By end of the month want to be under 13 minutes would love to be about 12 minute pace.
4. Reduce body fat % today it was at 30.3% to 29.5% need to get back to ST 4 times a week
5. Get back to going to bed by 10PM I need sleep to function properly Of late I have been back to going to bed after midnight
Very simple goals for the month
