So today was my unscheduled cheat day. I did get all my foods prepped for the week so i'll just have to defrost a few things (fish) occasionally but no slicing, its all done.
Then there was the 3.70 mile walk (thanks to Nike Running App for tracking) and surprise!!!! got my mile down from 19 in like november to 16.3 today-walking not running, and this is the first one i've timed since then- super excited
Cheat day food of choice- dominos spinach and tomato pizza with white sauce
Ballet Fit 40 min
After that walk I was starving! Future walks I'll be sure to have a salad or something already made up in the fridge so I can just grab it no waiting involved.
