Blog Number 2 for Winter 2013 5% Challenge

Today for the challenge the question is how will I accomplish my new habit? My new habit from yesterdays blog was to go back to the Paleo eating lifestyle. I plan to get back on track with this habit by continuing to plan my meals for the week and sticking to my plan. I also have to make a conscience decision every time I eat to only eat healthy foods. That's the hard part for me. I like bread, fries, and sweets (especially chocolate). I know I can do it though because I have done it before and I had great weight loss success. I fell off of the wagon and went back to my old ways. I have to get back on track because I know for me that is the only way I can lose weight.

I welcome any and all suggestions.

    I finished what was already bought then did not buy the products anymore: bread, biscuits, sweets etc. After a month I don't miss them

    I too have had success before, except I have never tried the paleo eating lifestyle, just balanced eating and tracking. I too fell off the wagon and am back to be successful again and make it stick this time! We can do this!
