How are you going to make your new habit become a reality!!
My new habit goals are... I need to add in some change to my daily exercise routine as I seem to do the same things over and over. I also need to work on monitoring my fat and fiber intake and change them both so that on a daily basis they are in healthy levels
What I will do to make them happen...
I will add in intervals to my exercise bike routine, I will walk 2 days per week and I will add in my twister board exercise one day per week. I am also going to purchase an aerobics video and add that in to my routine.
I will add in fiber by adding in a smoothie made with fiber and raspberries, eating oatmeal for breakfast and adding in more fruit, veggies and salads to my daily meal times.
I am going to decrease my fat intake to stay within spark levels by writing down what I am planning to eat before each meal to double check that my choices are reasonable!!
