This is not only my poster for this challenge, it is my motivational poster for my weight loss journey. I have several quotes on there to keep me motivated. I want to increase my walking, continue my strength training and continue to learn new ways to eat better. I've also put a tracker in the middle of my poster to track my weight loss. My ultimate goal is to be able to one day say "I Did It"!!!!! Let's do this Sparklers!!!!!!
