This week the challenge for the 5% challenge is to blog about a new habit you wish to develop. Each day there is a new question to answer. I didn't write yesterday so I am combining Saturday and Sunday into one blog.
The habit I want to develop is staying in my calorie range. The only way to lose weight is to eat less calories than your body uses.
I will stay in my calorie range by planning ahead and tracking all of my food. I carry my iPad with me to work so I can track food as I eat it. I also have a journal that I write in. I am a emotional eater. I want to start writing about how I'm feeling before I stuff my emotions with food. I've done this in the past and it works. I have the Spark app onmy phone too. Having these tools at my fingertips should make it easy to track.
