How will you develop this new habit of being more mindful of what I eat and becoming more aware before I eat something?

I received comments on my Question 1 blog that suggested logging and tracking what I eat. If I know I have to write down everything I eat, that should help me be more aware. I can also sign up for the SP Mindful Eating Challenge.

    Good idea to log and track your food. I am finally weighing,measuring and logging my food and am finally loosing weight because of it. To many times I have piled food on my plate and feel guilty if I don't finish,plus I was tired of the sore belly after words from being over stuffed.

    The Spark Tracker is a wonderful tool. You'd be surprised how many innocent looking foods are loaded with fat, salt and calories. It's an eye opener!
