How I am Going to Achieve my Goal

This is my plan. I am going to take Tuesdays as my rest and recovery day. It will be an active recovery day. I will walk for 3 times around the park. So that I am not tempted to run (which would then not be recovery), I will bring my Isha Chan

She is a senior dog, so I would not want to take her for a run, but she could use, and would love the walkies.

    i am doing befit in 90. it give me 2 rest days a week, i generally use my rest days to do low impact exercise. other times i get modivated to do more. either way, i keep going.

    Good idea to have a rest and recovery day and making sure that you follow thru by taking your dog with you!

    Such a good idea. My goal was kind of similar, but I wanted to be active on the rest days still. Taking a leisurely walk is something I can do, since nature just pleases my soul. Excellent.
