New habit part 2

I have one day that I'm home I can put in my walk at home DVD and do that on Fri. I can also do chair marching during the commercials. I do need to do some strength training. In Jan I started doing some (push ups) on T,TH, and Sa but I stopped , I restart doing that on T

    You could try potty wall push-ups,every time you go to the wash room do 10 or so,before you know you have done 100, adds up in a day. I also have a 4 lb set of dumbbells next to the couch and use them during a commercial,any little bit adds up.
