The next question to answer in the WiS5% Challenge Team blog saga is:
What will you do to develop this new habit?
I think it's by starting small and not stressing out on how long I do it for or what weights or am I keeping up with so-and-so.
Also, a great way to form a new habit is to DO IT. LOL.
In fact, I think in my case, I will have to do it all 6 days that I workout for at least a week. This will accomplish two things, I'll get into the habit, and I'll be able to still make my goal of having 24 days of ST during the WiS5% Challenge.
