SO HOW will I accomplish my new habits???

Mostly it's a matter of understanding that changing is going to make me feel better, walk faster, breathe easily and my knees won't hurt as much. I need to get a grip on this and start losing because baby David should be walking sooon and I need to be able to keep up with him.
Common sense, baby steps.......and I've done it before, I just need to do it better and more consistently

    Yo know what you need to do, I can hear it in your words and what great motivation as child is! I can tell you that from experience. You will do great!

    Baby steps is all that's needed. We can't run if we still need to learn how to consistently walk. I am with you on that one!!!!! Let's hold each other up :)

    keeping up with baby is a good motivation.
Knee pain - I live with that every step I take - but I keep going - you will find a way.
