Weigh-In -- 3Mar13

Up a pound this week. I had the munchies all week and mostly gave in to them.

Breakfasts and lunches were good, it was the afternoons that were disastrous.

I packed good lunches and healthy snacks and got all my water in.

All I need to do is stay away from the munchie supply at work. emoticon
Easier said than done since it is on the way to the rest room...


I set my March WATP goal as a minimum of 20 minutes a day.

Next week's goals --

Pretty much the same as last week ---


Better food, more freggies.

Fewer munchies.

Keep up the exercise.

The weather has been pretty nice -- March came in like a lamb, no wind, temp about 50F. Of course, now we are expecting a snow storm.

    I thought we were going to blow away yesterday.. hope Spring comes soon! Also, thank you for the fitbit advice, I'm going to talk to my husband about getting one.. I was looking at them this morning. emoticon I wish I knew if it was worth the cost.. I bought a treadmill and in 4 years I only put 127 miles on it and finally loaned it to my brother last April and he & his daughter are using it A LOT so don't want to ask for it back, ..BUT, wish I had it NOW! not that I have any place to put IT now that we have moved. emoticon Maybe a fitbit is the key!!! emoticon

    Best of luck on your munchie attack! I too am up these last couple of weeks...I think the winter season is getting to me. I have been "maintaining" but losing hasn't been happening. So looking forward to the sun and warmer weather so I can get out doors more!

    We got a heck of a snow storm today. It had 50 mile an hour winds with rain, sleet, snow and hail. Thunder & Lightening too. Temp went from 50s to 30s in 10 mins. Lots of people lost power. It was then over in less than 1/2 hour. So strange.

I'm going to work hard on the munchies this week too!
