Up a pound this week. I had the munchies all week and mostly gave in to them.
Breakfasts and lunches were good, it was the afternoons that were disastrous.
I packed good lunches and healthy snacks and got all my water in.
All I need to do is stay away from the munchie supply at work.
Easier said than done since it is on the way to the rest room...
I set my March WATP goal as a minimum of 20 minutes a day.
Next week's goals --
Pretty much the same as last week ---
Better food, more freggies.
Keep up the exercise.
The weather has been pretty nice -- March came in like a lamb, no wind, temp about 50F. Of course, now we are expecting a snow storm.
