How will you do that?

The first step was to download some new guided meditations to listen to. I downloaded them from itunes podcasts. Next, I completed one guided meditation yesterday. Now however, I am off to work for an unplanned shift so todays won't occur until after midnight but I still going to count it as today as it will be before I go to bed.

    I find mediation to be SO helpful, but very helpful to quiet my mind for sleep. Sweet dreams!
