Anyway, I've gained some weight over the holidays - & continued eating like it was the holidays through Jan & Feb. I really need & want to get back on track.
Just bought "Hip Hop Abs". Looks fun & will add a different type of cardio into my workout. Just started lifting weights again after years away from it.
Want to wear a 2 piece this summer!!!
Am going to make a "goal board" on my bulletin board.
Just rambling...need to see my comittment to begin again in writing, I guess. :)
