Goals for the Next Six weeks

March 3- April 14th
1. lose 13 pounds by April 14th
2. Drop 1 inch from each of my measurements
3. Cardio at least 2z a week for 30 minutes each
4. Strength training at least 2x a week for 30 minutes each time
5. 8 glasses of water a day
6.Menu plan every week
7. Try 1 Spark video at least 1 x a week
8. Eat at least 1 serving of fruit at least 1x a day.
9. Meet Protein minimums everyday
Plan for this week:
Breakfasts; Kashi Go Lean Crunch with Soymilk , tea and fruit on the side.
Lunches: Open faced Black bean veggies Burger with red peppers, mixed greens, and guacamole.
Lebanese Lentils and Carmelized onions over basmati rice
Spicy Potato Patties with mixed Greens
Zucchini and Black Bean Tortilla Casserole
Farro with Leeks, Cannelini beans, and Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Exercise for this week:
Sunday 20 min Zumba or Just Dance wii and Denise Austin Pilates 30 min.
Monday: Denise Austin Body Burn Yoga (30 min)
Wednesday: Michael Jackson Xperience Wii (35 minutes)
Thursday: 5 minutes treadmill, 16 minute Bollywood (spark) and 10 minute kickboxing workout (spark video)
Saturday: Lotte Burke Hip Hugger Abs
