I seem to do ok on the calories for a few days, then I go over 100-250....which means I do not lose. But, rather than beat myself up, I just am thankful that I have not this past month...1/2 # lost only. This is a new month. I walked EVERY day last month which is NEW for me. I am somewhat sore though! Hopefully, I'll get over the soreness and be able to do more in the future. emoticon

    Every little helps i have come to dread the scales but Ian is on board now so only weigh once a week ,Had lazy day due to fluid retention feels like walking on bags of water tied to my feet, peeing for england tonight haha emoticon

    you still had a loss, although it may not have been what you wanted, you still lost and that's better than a gain any day...keep long as you don't quit you'll get there...good luck! :)
