I seem to do ok on the calories for a few days, then I go over 100-250....which means I do not lose. But, rather than beat myself up, I just am thankful that I have not gained....so this past month...1/2 # lost only. This is a new month. I walked EVERY day last month which is NEW for me. I am somewhat sore though! Hopefully, I'll get over the soreness and be able to do more in the future.
