Am on the sloooooow train...

Sunday, March 03, 2013

I seem to do ok on the calories for a few days, then I go over 100-250....which means I do not lose. But, rather than beat myself up, I just am thankful that I have not this past month...1/2 # lost only. This is a new month. I walked EVERY day last month which is NEW for me. I am somewhat sore though! Hopefully, I'll get over the soreness and be able to do more in the future. emoticon

You made a great start last month! Any weight lost is lost, and that is progress in my book. This is a new month and you have good goals and a good plan! emoticon You can do this!

you still had a loss, although it may not have been what you wanted, you still lost and that's better than a gain any day...keep long as you don't quit you'll get there...good luck! :)

At least you are on the train and it's moving. Nice job on the walking! Keep working on those good habits and you'll get where you want to go.
