Day2 of healthy habit

Along with my required one mile walk per day. I am trying to add other activities that make me move. Some I have done before, and some are new. They are a variety of activities, so I will not become bored quickly!
I hope I stay focused, and healthy, so I can continue doing all of these activites!

    Just keep switching it up until you find an activity that you really enjoy. You may stumble across something that you have never thought of before!
