I'm an old hand at SP. I joined a couple of years ago and had great success. I met my goal weight and became the kind of healthy person I want to be. What happened? I dropped off of SP and let life, stress and other valid reasons, but still excuses, get me down.
I've decided to restart and refine my SP experience. I don't know exactly what that means yet in the long term, but I'm excited to read other blogs and articles and figure it all out. Short term? Here are my goals for this week:
1: Drink 8 or more glasses of water a day
2: Track every day- even if I don't like the numbers!
Just 2 this week! Little by little! I'm excited and can't wait to get started! Here we go!
