I actually started to answer this one yesterday.

I am no longer wondering if I have it in me to do it.

My wondering has turned to something else. I've done this before. Actually, what I've done in the past was to actually become an athlete. As soon as I stopped training and eating like an athlete, the weight came back.

Can I find a life time balance? Can I figure out how to do this?

    I know you can find a balance. It's always so hard to start/restart something, but after a while it starts coming naturally.
