Typically, Sunday is an off day for exercise. But SP had a #streakintospring challenge of doing at least 10 minutes of exercise everyday in March which I accepted, so I decided to do just that, 10 minutes....which turned into two miles and 45 minutes of power walking! It was 40 degrees and windy....but it felt good anyway!
I knew I would end up doing more than10 minutes, but, still, I promised myself I only had to do 10...it's always satisfying to push yourself and do more than you planned. I know that I'm now living the healthy life again, instead of kidding myself into believing I was still doing the right things.
A SP Friend commented on yesterday's blog that "she always knew there was a skinny woman inside trying to get out," and that she now believes there is a fat person still in there trying to get out." she is oh, so right! That fat woman inside me was starting to find her way back, but I've battled her back inside, and plan to never let her see the light of day again!
