Uh oh - today I'm finding it very easy to skip exercise. Yep, my whole body hurts. Hmmm, does it? It didn't keep me from going to church. Guess I will have to put an actual plan in place to do this or find another habit to break that's easier.
Not? Ok: the plan is: I will set a time to exercise for 10 minutes 2 times a day. One time for 10 minutes in the am and 10 in the afternoon.
Where? Morning outside with the dogs. Afternoon: on the treadmill.
What time? 10 am and 2 pm - no reason to miss that.
What happens if you are doing something else at 10am? Then 20 minutes at 2.
Sounds a lot like you are talking to yourself! Yep, I am and in public this time. lol
