I think that my goal for my new habit to stop procrastinating may be quite a problem to overcome. Like many procrastinators, I'm sure, I've tried to get rid of it before, and it somehow seeps back into my life. The goal is to make a new, timely, habit that can be applied to all aspects of my life, from weight loss to wedding planning to writing. So here is my plan to help me beat procrastination.
1. First I have to realize that no job is so overwhelming if I can just break it down into "parts"
2. Get a daily planner
3. First day of every week, I will write down baby steps and things that need to be done.
4. As each job gets done I will be able to cross it off the list.
5. If everything for the day gets done, I get to something nice for myself, like extra reading time.
