My goal is to walk 5 miles per week.
Today I walked 1.04 miles - kinda slow pace even for me. However, I have a friend who says 20 minutes walking is better than 20 minutes on the couch! She is soooo right.
Besides, I plugged in my iPod and listened to Snap Jackson and the Knock on Wood Players, my favorite bluegrass band.
Now for some arm stuff with my new weights! No lilac bush today, it rained last night.
