It would have been SOOOO easy to blow it yesterday. Hubby and I spent the day in the 'big city'. So many opportunities to munch on this or even grab just a little bit of that. But knowing that I was accountable to myself #1 and reporting in to my SparkFriends kept me right on track.

In fact, when I got home and recorded what I'd eaten, it was so late that I was going to skip dinner. But my calorie count was too low and it would not allow me to run my daily report!!!!!!!!!!! And I just HAD to close out my day and get those 2 points, so I ate a piece of toast with PNB. As a result, I met all nutritional values for yesterday, and slept like a baby.

Great job. Accountability really helps me too. Have just had a day that could have derailed my spark. A nice day but with lots of food around and I resisted and feel great for it too.

Such fun on those rare days when my tracker tells us we MUST eat more!

Isn't it a great feeling to have the nutritional tracker tell you to eat
