I did not get on the internet yesterday at all, my kiddos used up our internet usage, and I am not paying $4 a gig for additional usage. So, I will answer the first two questions today in one blog.

1) What new habit you wish to develop?

Eating at least 5 fruits and veggies(freggies) every day.

2) How will you do that? Make sure that I have the produce in my home to make this possible, even if it is frozen veggies.

    Great habit to work on! Making sure you have lots of fruits and veggies on hand will definitely help. For me, it is also important to make sure I have veggies prepped and ready to eat. Fruits are easy enough, since you pretty much just wash or peel and eat as is. Veggies take a little more thought. I try to always have carrots, celery, and bell peppers washed, trimmed and sliced in containers in the fridge ready to eat.
