First bike ride since 2004

Completed 3.21mi. bike in 21:42 on RunKeeper.

On to-do list: get bike seat cushion. Ow. Otherwise, it went quite well. A good cardio alternative that will save me some shin pain.

Gonna feel this tomorrow... tonight.... in probably an hour... emoticon

    I love bike riding. Can't wait 'til it warms up here, and is light in the evening late enough that I can get back out on mine!

    I like your bike. Great idea to get the bike out and do some low impact cardio.

You want to adjust the saddle so that the seating surface is level, or slightly angled forward (back of the seat is just a few degrees higher than the nose). Investing in a nicely padded gel seal is a good idea. Cycling pants or shorts with padding is also something to consider.

    PS - Fun fact: That bike you see there; it's the same bike I got for my birthday in 7th grade.
