5% Challenge Week 2 : New Habit I want to develop!

1. New Habit - The new habit I want to develop is: Stop getting on my computer the first thing in the morning so I can get my exercises done earlier in the day so my body can burn calories all day.

Since I missed yesterday due to NO internet service (that problem should be fixed on Mon. ĺ), Iím posting it today and the number 2.

2. How will I do that? - I will get dressed in my exercise cloths when I first get out of bed and not turn on my computer until I have done one of my exercises.

    Nice idea - reward yourself for doing some exercise.
I would then need to set myself a timer to get away from the computer again!

    emoticon plan, I leave for work at 430 am, so while I don't get a workout in I do get 1 or 2 exercises in to jumps tart my day

    Great idea. I saw somewhere a suggestion to sleep in your workout clothes. I wish I could get up and workout first thing, but I would have to get up at 4:30 to get it in and shower before leaving for work at 6:30. I just can't make myself do that!
