1. New Habit - The new habit I want to develop is: Stop getting on my computer the first thing in the morning so I can get my exercises done earlier in the day so my body can burn calories all day.
Since I missed yesterday due to NO internet service (that problem should be fixed on Mon. ĺ), Iím posting it today and the number 2.
2. How will I do that? - I will get dressed in my exercise cloths when I first get out of bed and not turn on my computer until I have done one of my exercises.
