5% Challenge Blog question - Day 2 ... My Habit Forming Development :)
How do I go about habit forming? I repeat it, repeat it, repeat it! I keep it one day at time. I get overwhelmed and anxious when I think to far forward so I keep it in the moment as much as possible! I always use my workout time to meditate and dream, so that means absolutely no negative thoughts, vibes, or energy aloud. I've found that exercise has been a big self esteem and confidence boost for me. I've come to love and enjoy that 45 to 60 minutes of positivity everyday.
I am still working on my eating habits and I've come along way. Mostly I remind myself that I don't want to waste the tears, sweat, and blood of my workout. I've also started seeing food in a different way. I remind myself that food is for fuel. I want to eat the healthiest stuff that will keep me fuller longer. Protein, complex carbs, and fiber are the three things I pay attention to when I'm choosing a snack. I also space my meals out and eat a small something every 2 or 3 hours. I also plan my meals around my workout, making sure to always have a awesome refuel and repair my muscle snack afterwards.
