Week 1 of NerdFitness Challenge check in.

Week 1 Summary

Exercise: 7/7
Quiet Time: 7/7
Weekend: 6/6

I have decided to grade my weekends out of 6 since there are 6 meals in a weekend. Saying I "failed" if I ate one meal wrong hardly seems fair compared to saying I "failed" if I ate every meal wrong. If I do completely blow it, then fair deal, its a fail, but one wibbly meal is a better learning experience for me. It will help with the all-or-nothing attitude I have, and mean I can redeem something of a weekend if I do eat one thing off course, then the mental trick will be that I haven't completely blown it, just lost out on part of it.

I have also lost 4 pounds! emoticon

1 pound more and I'm allowed my "I've lost 150lbs" badge back! emoticon

Epic win for me I think.
