Here's how it works:
I am crabby because weight loss is slow. I blog about it, being all whiny and irritating.
The next morning I drop .6 lbs (6/10ths of a lb).
Yup, you heard me, now I'm sitting at 198 even.
I should either a) Complain more often about slow weight loss or b) When I get the urge to complain, just SHUT UP lol.
I realized I never told you all my menu last week, so I'm starting this week off right!
Tonight: Asian Pork & Noodle Soup (pork, snow peas, scallions, carrots and mushrooms with lo mein noodles in a chicken stock spiked with ginger)
Tomorrow: Falafel pitas with tzatziki and veggies.
Weds: Spaghetti & Turkey Meatballs
Thurs: Portuguese Chicken Breasts w/ Rice & Salad
Fri: Cube Steak w/ Mushroom Sherry Sauce
Sat: Homemade rosemary focaccia w/ tomatoes and mozzarella
