Ok, so question two refers to #1: 2) How will you do that? (How will I develop the new habit I want to start)
-I sort of answered this in the first blog - I plan to buy Sparkpeople's Total Body Sculpting video and probably re-do the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt. I guess I have a plan, it's actually just about doing it. Always my struggle. The only way to do this is just to do it. I'll let you know how it goes.

    You could make yourself accountable by posting the dates that you do strength train. I've seen that on several spark pages - with awesome results. (Sorry, I couldn't do that!).

    I think it is always good to set aside an appointed time to do the exercising. For instance, I try to get my exercise in during the early morning. Whatever works best with your schedule. emoticon

    Someone told me once that if you need to workout early in the morning, then go to bed with your workout clothes on the night before. One less reason not to do it. I have dressed for the workout well before I needed to on occasion and it does work.
Anything to get it to become a habit.
