Ok, so question two refers to #1: 2) How will you do that? (How will I develop the new habit I want to start)
-I sort of answered this in the first blog - I plan to buy Sparkpeople's Total Body Sculpting video and probably re-do the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt. I guess I have a plan, it's actually just about doing it. Always my struggle. The only way to do this is just to do it. I'll let you know how it goes.
